Roots we will be having a big ole party.

22 consist of 3 brothers and their families, sister and daughter, mom, me and son.

This should have happen last year but one brother was in Iraq and we did not want to go without him.

Do like I did last trip, stick your head up and act like you don't notice it.....

Intersting thing...this study came out recently, saw it on the nightly news. They followed and unprescedented number of women for like 30 years... conclusion.....if you are already thin, you can keep it off. If you let the weight get on you, you will have an almost impossible time getting it off. DRastic amounts of exercise are required and severe changes in diet. Great sacrifices...which I have made over my life time and the reward is.......NO MAN ....still have high blood pressure and cholesterol (the heart attack cocktail), so I say to hell with it, and pass the APpleton
